I bought the bundle but can't access it. Sign in with the same email address you used to purchase. If you still can't access it, email us with your order ID and we'll fix it.

I want a refund. Because the eBook is delivered immediately, all sales are final. That said, if you experienced a technical issue, email us — we'll always make it right.

Can I use the content for my CDL school? The personal license that comes with your purchase is for individual use. For commercial / classroom licensing, email us and we'll work something out.

Is the free mobile app really free? Yes — the CDL Prep Practice Test app is free to download on iOS and Android. It contains a subset of practice questions plus optional in-app purchases for unlimited practice. The version of the question bank on this website is more comprehensive (670 questions vs the app's free tier).
